Hey! The summer has crept up on everyone, and this is a brief overview of how I’ll be active on this site.

To start, I am incredibly proud of the activity here. For a personal blog I use as my poetry cutting board, there’s been a dedicated weekly audience emerging from friends, peers, and people who ran into my door or business cards. I appreciate every view on every piece! You all have been fantastic!

And my summer will be… more writing! Between dogsitting (hence the purple dog) and working on campus, I’ll be using this site in three ways:

1. Pruning some of the older/less quality pieces. We keep things neat!
2. Continuing to update with something weekly, whether that’s a poem or other project.
3. And on that, note, other projects! I am a short story writer and occasional playwright, I can write a mean essay, and I also experiment with visual mediums. This site will remain where I store my creative output before submissions/contests, so anyone who visits will be looped in.
